Tree Room, Zermatt Resort wins AAA Utah Four Diamond award -- The Tree Room restaurant at the Sundance Resort in Provo retained its AAA Travel's Four Diamond listing for the seventh year, while Zermatt Resort and Spa in Midway joined the list for the first time, according to the nation's largest travel group.

The other newcomers are Goldener Hirsch Inn in Park City, and The Paris restaurant in Salt Lake City. Utah now has 15 Four Diamond rated lodgings and 10 Four Diamond restaurants.

The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City and Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City received "Five Diamond" status from AAA Travel, the group's highest ranking. This is the seventh time Stein Eriksen received the award, and the fifth for The Grand America.

"Utah's growing popularity as a vacation destination spot is reflected in the expanding number of our Four Diamond properties," said Rolayne Fairclough, AAA Utah spokesperson. "Only 3 percent of the 60,000-plus AAA Diamond Rated lodgings and restaurants receive the prestigious Four Diamond Award."

UVEF seeks nominations for 2008 awards -- The Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum is seeking nominations for its 2008 awards for Entrepreneur of the Year, Most Innovative Product, and Utah Valley's Best Kept Secret. Nature's Sunshine to issue quarterly cash dividend -- Nature's Sunshine Products Inc., a Provo-based maker of encapsulated herbs and vitamins, will issue a 5 cents per common share quarterly cash dividend, payable Dec. 12, to shareholders of record on Dec. 3.

EnergySolutions to issue cash dividend -- EnergySolutions Inc. of Salt Lake City will issue a quarterly cash dividend of 2.5 cents per share, payable on Dec. 12, to stockholders of record on Dec. 3.
