Coldwell Banker adds two agents -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage added two agents, Tara Binch and Clayson Lyman, to its Utah County team. Lyman have joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Binch, formerly an agent with Affiliated Realty Group, is based at Coldwell's Spanish Fork office, while Lyman is rejoining the company in Orem.

Sundance makes National Geographic's Top 150 Stay list -- Sundance resort in Provo made the National Geographic Traveler magazine's first annual Stay List of the top 150 resort properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The list debuts in the April edition of the magazine. The award honors hotels with "location-inspired architecture, ambience and amenities, eco-stewardship, and an ethic of giving back to community," according to National Geographic Traveler. More than 600 properties were nominated for the award by travel experts, but 150 of them made the cut.
