Coldwell Banker agent elected president of Realtors group -- Dave Mansell, a sales agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was elected president of the Utah Association of Realtors.

Mansell will represent the group's 14,000 members in advocacy issues relating to the preservation and extension of the right to own, transfer, and use real property. He will serve as president-elect next year and assume the presidency in 2008.

Child abuse prevention group gets new president -- S. Kim Hodges, a member of the Exchange Club of Utah Valley, was named president of the National Exchange Club, a child abuse prevention advocate.

Hodges, a branch manager of Wedbush Morgan Securities in Provo, has been a member of the Exchange Club since 1982, serving on the board of trustees of the National Exchange Club Foundation. He also served on the Provo Power Board from 1994-2002.

Kids Wish Network donates toys to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center -- Kids Wish Network, a Florida-based national charity, donated about $100,000 worth of toys to young patients at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.
