Mountain America Credit Union promotes branch manager -- Breck Schueller was promoted to manager of the Mountain America Credit Union's Saratoga Springs branch office at 25 East State Road 73. Her appointment took effect Aug. 1.

Schueller has been with Mountain America for six years, and was most recently assistant branch manager of the Orem branch.

Founded in 1930, Mountain America serves more than 250,000 members and has more than $2.2 billion in assets.

Lehi advertising firm appoints new exec -- Kim Brown and Associates named Judy Copier its vice president/chief operating manager. She will be responsible for the day-to-day agency management as well as client account management and new business development.

Copier has more than 25 years of marketing and advertising experience. Prior to joining Kim Brown, she was the local sales manager at KUTV Television for the past eight years. Prior to KUTV, Copier spent 17 years with various national and local advertising agencies - Initiative Media, Western International Media, Parrish Marketing and Miller Advertising. Copier has also served on various community boards and committees including the Coalition for Utah's Future, The Salt Lake Boys and Girls Club and the Utah Advertising Federation.

CB Richard Ellis names new sales agent -- CB Richard Ellis hired Stacy Racker to its sales team in Provo. She will specialize in office properties.

Racker began her sales career in 1988. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, she came from a Utah County real estate company as a leasing agent specializing in land and residential transactions. She also worked for companies including Marriott Hotels and the renowned Mayo Health Clinic in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Park City luxury home community names new execs -- Promontory, a luxury home community in Park City, named Val B. Hardcastle as director of club operations.

Raymond Grant, Promontory's former director of operations, was named director of community programming. He will be responsible for managing its arts and cultural programs.

Hardcastle will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Promontory Club. Most recently he was general manager of the Miramonte Resort & Spas in Indian Wells, Calif. He had also served as managing director of the Tenaya Lodge and the Ahwanee Hotel at Yosemite National Park.

Real Estate

National engineering consultant opens first office in Salt Lake City -- Wilson & Co. Inc., an Albuquerque, N.M.-based engineering consulting firm, opened its first office at 8 East Broadway, Suite 300, in Salt Lake City.

The company, which has 440 workers companywide, plans to grow its existing business with the Utah Department of Transportation, as well as other transportation, public works, and private clients in Utah.

Wilson provided traffic engineering on the transportation department's 11400th South environmental impact study in Salt Lake City; and is currently providing traffic engineering and conceptual design for the department's East-West corridor study.

The new office will be managed by Michael King, who relocated from Colorado Springs, Colo. to manage the Utah operations. King has 18 years of experience in project management and design working on transportation/public works projects across the Southwest and Rocky Mountain states.

King will be assisted by Mike Falini, vice president and transportation planning manager. Falini worked on freeway design on the I-15 project, and the I-80/Kimball Junction Interchange in Park City.
