Ukrainian helicopter crashes in Black Sea; 12 people missing

KIEV, Ukraine (AP) -- Emergency officials say a helicopter belonging to the Ukrainian border guard service has crashed in the Black Sea and 12 people are missing.

Emergency Situations Ministry spokesman Ihor Krol said the Mi-8 helicopter that went down Thursday carried a crew of three and 10 passengers.

He said one passenger was found alive and rescue workers were searching for other possible survivors.
