Which globally glittering jewel of a "scare bear" thinks that this will make any difference about the over used mantra of "second hand smoke"?

Show me one confirmed victim of second hand smoke and I will show you a resident of Utah who can't see the mountains for the smoke....and it ain't from tobacco! Watch out, your BBQ is next and don't forget that campfire too your "honor"!

I know that's extreme but did you note that most of the stupid laws they come up with are pointed at non-members and their freedoms???

Why stop at tobacco use? They may as well legislate against alcoholic beverages, public display of affection, and open profanity so as to create a perfect vacuum.

Well, how about the fact that tobacco causes freaking CANCER? Maybe that is why the new law. What is more dangerous than a cigarette, the person smoking it?
