According to an affidavit filed in Provo's 4th District Court, Licea-Alfaro told officers that he had been deported to Mexico once before, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement ordered that he be held at the jail.

That is one way to come to this country illegaly without having to worry about being deported. He'll get to spend the next thirty years at the piont-of-the-mountain.
