Others on Deseret News forum are saying he got off easy. But, if he has to give up all his assets in criminal forfeiture and pay restitution of $7 million (is that one man or all 4?), then this seems like a pretty tough deal. It really depends on if he gets jail time -- if it's significant prison time, then this is a stiff sentence. Agreed?
