Being a Ute fan, I am happy that BYU is getting all this hype. They have an enormous amouont of expectation riding on them this season, which puts pressure on them to perform better. My hope is that the expectations causes mistakes nad the Utes will sneek by them. I respect coach Mendenhall and some of the BYU players, but it's the attitude of the fans that makes me a Ute! GO UTES!!!!

Why hope that BYU makes mistakes and that the Utes will sneak by them? Why not hope that the Utes have more talent and weapons to win outright and not relying on "sneaking by" for the win?

But then again I see your point, "hope" is all that Yewtah can do this year.

I was trying to be nice about it. I personally think Utah will beat the hell out of BYU this season. Along with Washington, UCLA, and TCU, but we'll see.
P.S. You seem like a true example of what I was saying about the BYU fans!

So good natured pre-season sparring in a rivaly fashion is what you hold up as an example of what you dislike about BYU fans? Get some thicker skin pal

Methinks you just hate BYU and everything associated with it, which is fair. I feel the same about the the U, though I love the medical center (A1 facility)

Washington: Maybe.
UCLA: Not a chance.
TCU: Even the U will beat them this year.

Utah: Possibly if Johnson is still healthy. The guy has talent but is made of glass. Better keep Louks warmed up. You will need a passing game because Asiata and Mack will be stuck in the back field all day. So, don't bet that wad of cash you have under your bed on it.

BTW: Go to your own fan board and read the diatribes that go on there. If you remove the red blinders and try to be intellectually honest you will find who's behavior is worse

It's called projectionism. A mental disorder where folks such as you attribute things you like the least about yourself onto individuals or groups of individuals you like the least.

Its a sad way to live.
