Yeah.
I find myself automatically copying my entire post before I even send it.
That way, when it does give me the error, I can quickly refresh and re-post.

On long posts, I have to write them in Word then paste them on the forum. But then it doesn't translate very well...like spaces turn into &*% nonsense...periods and commas turn into other nonsense..so I have to spend even more time in the modify field and correct all the computer nonsense.

I agree. I spent 15 minutes responding to a post several times and it told me I had already submitted it, and I absolutely didn't double click. I was extremely frustrated and ended up not posting anything at all (which I'm sure some people would be gleeful about) and every once in a while when I post a long post I now copy it before I click. Alas, sometimes I still forget to.

It's OK but the spell checker sucks! Also, when I post a comment, about a third of the time I get an error indicating that I already posted the comment (and I didn't).
