The speed limit on I-15 may as well not be posted. I've rarely seen anyone sticking to a reasonable speed around 65. 80 mph is very common now.
Try going 75 and you'll have a butt load of people on your tail.
Either enforce 65, or change the limit to 80 and let us all feel good about it. If the limit becomes 80, then it should be strictly enforced as well or it will become 100 quickly.
