The Lawn Lady overkill



I am really getting tired of the Lawn Lady news. She didn't obey the officer; he did what he had been taught to do.



Besides being a terrible eyesore, her lawn was a threat to her neighbors. For instance, during the summer of 2006 there was an unoccupied house in our neighborhood where the lawn was very dry but not nearly as bad as Mrs.

Next time the cops pull me over and demand ID I want to use the 'lawn lady' defense...tell the to go to hell and drive off.

It's amazing how the lawn lady has made herself the victim. She defies a city ordinance and an officer of the law. Then, claims she is the victim.

No!

The lawnlady, unlike you, didn't trot down to a government agency (DMV in your case) and volunteer into a state regulated enterprise (driver license in your case). Therefore you, unlike the lawnlady, are bound by the terms of the quasi-contract commonly known as Title 41 - Motor Vehicle Code.
