On Saturday, May 5, at 7 p.m. the Springville Museum of Art will host the 41st Annual Art Ball. All citizens in the valley are invited to attend this event which celebrates the opening of the annual Spring Salon art exhibit at the museum.
The Spring Salon has a rich tradition of artistic excellence.

Kjell Karlsson took out bankruptcy on "Vikings Feast" January 3 2000.
His friend, Wesley F Sine registered "Kjells Vikings Feast" on January 4 2000.

Wesley F Sine was convicted of Mail fraud dealing with Ponzi Schemes and mortgage fraud. Wesley F Sine lost his appeal to the US Supreme Court.

Kjell Karlsson now operates this catering company under the name of "A Vikings Feast" This company is not registered with the state of Utah. The registration has long expired.

Kjell Karlsson testified to the Bankruptcy Courts and the Civil court and the Criminal courts that he was just a manager working for someone else.
He testified that he worked for Tim Kenny, who was found guilty of making meth in Kenny's catering's shop.
Kjell Karlsson operated under several near names " Viking Catering" "A Viking Catering"
was found guilty of opperating the business in Provo without Licenses. All during the time that "Kjells Vikings Feast" continued their registration.

There was an IRS tax judgment for almost 19,000.00 for 2003, Which is the same year That Kjell Karlsson's bankruptcy was confirmed. A sixty Five year old woman testified at the confermation hearing that Kjell Karlsson claimed that she was wanted by the FBI, and Kjell Karlsson filed a fraudulent 1099 on her for 45,000.00 she also testified about the pre arranged business transfers. The woman was not wanted by the FBI and had several governors awards and had FBI Clarence.

In August 2006 Kjell Karlsson's wife Robyn Karlsson reinstated the Registration of "Kjells Vikings Feast" She included the same address as the bankrupt business in Provo. The registration also listed the same address as Wesley Sines old law office, and the Office of Melva Sine, who is the president of the Utah Restaurant Association.

The article supprised me when It stated that the food was provided by Kjell Karlsson's claimed bankrupt company.

According to Utah county records Mr. Karlsson did not pay almost 52,000.00 of the withholdings that he took from his employees for 2003 and 2004.
Mr. Sine lost his Supreme court appeals pleading his innocents. He is serving his sentence in a federal penitentiary for a ponzi scheme.
His accomplices Myron Lee abbot has an IRS Tax judgment for approximately 75,000.00 and is listed as the signer on an account of money involved in a fraud scheme Utah v Hutchings. Ron Hausauers name is a signer on official documents other than the Registration of Kjells vikings feast which was registered one day after Mr. Karlsson's alleged "first" bankruptcy. Mr Hausauer also transfered and managed phone services taken from the original (so called bankrupt company) Mr. Hausauer also sales caterings from Mr Karlsson's clients to other caterers.

Maybe Springville Art museum should look into their contract workers more carefully.

Also note that Mr. Karlsson and Vikings Feast (a bankrupt company) is listed on a vendors list with Nebo Learning Center. Makes you wonder about your tax dollar at work. Mr. Karlsson caters for Cannon, Provo City, Orem City and most of the Republican party candidates. He also caters for the Forest Service.
