Bruce Fein is a conservative scholar and former deputy attorney general in the Reagan Administration. He has drafted a pretty effective piece calling for the impeachment of Cheney. I read it a couple of weeks ago. Check it out:

Honestly, how many other companies would even know where to start? I think the US government tried to call Utah's Disaster Clean Up team but they were too busy with the flooded basements. There's about two companies in the world that do this stuff, and Halliburton is one of them.
