No!

The lawnlady, unlike you, didn't trot down to a government agency (DMV in your case) and volunteer into a state regulated enterprise (driver license in your case). Therefore you, unlike the lawnlady, are bound by the terms of the quasi-contract commonly known as Title 41 - Motor Vehicle Code.

Didn't the lawnlady agree to quasi-zoning/building codes when she purchased a house and received an occupancy permit? Isn't the lawnlady bound by that quasi-contract?

I think it's very manly Mr Keeper, how you always talk about quasi stuff.

Didn't Rosa Parks agreed to ride the back of the bus when she stpped onto it?

No she didn't. The rest is history.

That's not true.

Like what?

Besides, the neighbors were complaining. The cop didn't "prowl"

Pat, what if one neighbor, or one church member, or one boy scout, or even one girl scout, just one person, lent a helping hand I maybe idealistic but I believe that one person could have made a difference.

Before, the LAW of Orem came crushing down on Mrs. Perry as if she was a child molesting, meth dealer, b.o.m. burning, mass murderer, mother of Chuck Manson. Errrrrrrr I mean non-lawn watering, zone violating citizen.

She was offered help. In fact, someone posted on the forum that they DID offer to help her. She didn't take them up on the offer though.

In the case of the brown lawns, take that up with Orem, it is their city code and they created the NPU.

In the case of the speeder, it doesn't matter if it is 8 miles over, 1 mile over or 100 miles over. Unless you think driving 8 miles over is not breaking the law.
