The police are not allowed to reveal who makes complaint calls in fear that there might be some sort of retaliation. It just makes me angry that after seeing the police over to that house more than eight times, I personally would like to have the satisfaction of seeing the kid gloves come off with these people.

She was offered help. In fact, someone posted on the forum that they DID offer to help her. She didn't take them up on the offer though.

So....mass murdering child molesters are approached by a single officer after months and months of neighborhood complaints about thier kids being killed and molested and then the officer politely asks the killers name to issue a mere citation. The killer says they won't give the officer their name so the officer attempts to arrest them, takes them down to a holding cell for a few minutes after which they are released along with the apologies of the Mayor, and given 3-4 months to live happily at home for their court dates.
