Cup stars inclusion in Busch Series under question 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- There's something about the roar of the engines that makes Greg Biffle itch to climb inside a race car. Incapable of sitting inside his motorhome as cars zoom around the track without him, Biffle entered 31 of 35 Busch Series events this year.

You know, it's a catch 22. More people watch the race because there is a few cup drivers in the race, but you don't want them to be the ones winning all the time.

And on the other hand, how do you expect the new guys to learn if they can't compete with some of the cups best?

I guess I'm not sure what the best solution would be.

Anyone else have some ideas?

OK, here's an idea.

How about letting the cup guys in, but only for a maximum of 24 races. That way the new guys get to learn from the best, but the best can't win the title.
