While you are talking about trials, RushReader, the trial of Scooter Libby, an adviser (a real one, not a pretend one like you ) to both Bush and also chief of staff to Cheney, ended with a conviction for perjury and obstruction of justice on March 6, 2007.

The amazing "dead eye" Dick Cheney was on the witness list for Libby, but alas, did not testify. Too bad. Would have been fun to watch. Instead, Scooter was convicted without much of a defense.
