Thank you for your comment Thomas. I have both Democrats and Republicans in my family tree. When I was a little boy, it always bothered me quite a bit to hear the relatives get into their inevitable arguments and bickering over politics.
I remember asking my mother if those relatives had stopped loving each other. She put her arms around me and explained that sometimes, when people were very passionate in their beliefs...they tended to forget that everyone else had the right to their beliefs and opinions as well.
She explained that this didn't mean that they stopped loving each other...only that they were very passionate in their political beliefs.
All I cared about was hearing that they had not stopped loving one another.
My mother was a very wise woman.
I believe that Leonardo might be very young indeed...and has much to learn about life, and human nature.
