I'm sure a great upstanding guy like One Call That's All Keith Barton would have taken my case. Especially now that he is losing everything he owns after stealing from his own business that he is partners in with other family members.
Lets hear it for Lawyers!!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!!

OMIGOSH! Now you are going to bring up Keith Barton again and all of that happened over 2 years ago! And you do not the facts straight on that situation and have no idea what you are talking about. Before you just sit there and shoot off your mouth with accusations, you should realize that there just might be some people reading your comments, Finehomes, that actually do know the truth of the matter! I am one of them, but refuse to discuss it with someone so narrow minded. Suffice it to say, I have had Mr. Barton for my attorney on 3 different matters and he was very kind, compassionate and caring. I went to him, he did not come to me. And he charged much less than 50% for pity sakes! Do you have a life? Just wondering.

Granny I worked on keiths multi million dollar mansion and keith screwed me out of the paltry sum of $600. Can you believe that??? He is a pile of crap. And I love that he is now losing his home. Just seeing that is worth every bit of my six hundred bucks.
It wouldn't suprise me at all if he was the attorney involved in this bear case. It fits his mentality...right up his alley.

He is not now losing his home. It was foreclosed on more than 2 years ago. Mr. Ledbedder of Noni fame bought it, and now he is selling it. Am I *speaking* slowly enough for you to understand this? It was more than 2 years ago, Mr. Barton has since moved on, built another home and is living there with his family and getting his life back together after the hulabaloo in the law practice with his in-laws.

Whatever may have happened with his home or his family business that he screwed them over on....It doesn't change the fact that the man himself is a bottom feeding dirt bag. I'm just glad to see the tv and Radio ads have pretty well stopped. One more of those and I would rather have died on the operating table three years ago.

Do I sense some bitterness and jealousy of Mr. Barton's success and wealth? Insurance companies don't just hand money out. If they did that, their executives couldn't afford houses like Mr. Barton's. Obviously they felt that Mr. Barton's clients deserved the money they paid. Most lawyers take 33%. That sum is completely legal, and is set pursuant to state and federal statutes.
At least he doesn't screw people over like the home and lending people you are associated with. And no, he does not represent this family. If you had bothered to read the article, you would know that.
And another thing, Keith Barton still does advertise. I sure hope in your weakened condition that you don't see his one of his commercials and have a seizure.
