Do I sense some bitterness and jealousy of Mr. Barton's success and wealth? Insurance companies don't just hand money out. If they did that, their executives couldn't afford houses like Mr. Barton's. Obviously they felt that Mr. Barton's clients deserved the money they paid. Most lawyers take 33%. That sum is completely legal, and is set pursuant to state and federal statutes.
At least he doesn't screw people over like the home and lending people you are associated with. And no, he does not represent this family. If you had bothered to read the article, you would know that.
And another thing, Keith Barton still does advertise. I sure hope in your weakened condition that you don't see his one of his commercials and have a seizure.
Keith Barton is a dirt bag. Insurance rates are outrageous thanks to SOB lawyers.
Do you have any evidence to back up that claim? Here's an easy lawsuit for BrightEye. And she doesn't even need to leave civilization or get wet.
She could put on some expensive clothes and jewelry, then walk around East LA in the middle of the night. I'll bet her lawyer husband could then sue LA for not posting a predator alert in the Barrio! Who could anticipate any danger there without warning signs?
