Read the news reports? Are you naive enough to believe everything you read in news reports? But you know what, you have your opinions and you are entitled to them. I happen to disagree with you, Finehomes. My opinions are based on fact and personal knowledge, certainly not from news reports which are rarely accurate and rarely tell the whole story. It sure must be painful to harbor such strong, hateful feelings toward another person, or group of people. Just one question. You say you did some work on Mr. Barton,s house and he ripped you off for $600.00. Now, I don't think you could have painted his house number on his curb for such a "paltry" amount, so you must have done some job that was hundreds, probably thousands, more. So, I am assuming you were paid all BUT the $600.00, right?

I bet this kid didn't even really get attacked by a bear either and this is just some elaborate hoax to steal $2.5 million from us tax payers. But...we did see it on the news as reported....just like how we got our information on dirt bag Barton!!! And eben after I told you you were entitled to your opinion and shared mine. I should say, in my experience, the news reported is not complete, and only shows the view, or slany if you will, of the one reporting. Of course, you will get some basic facts, but don't count on every word you read being absolute. But, thanks so much fot the name calling. And, btw, the family is anything BUT white trash. You are amazing. You really don't have a heart. What evidence do you have that this family is "white trash"? You just exposed yourself big time. You would think that someone like you who has been through a brain tumor and brain surgery would have a little more compassion. I guess not.

If these people had gone to a zoo and a bear had gotten out because of some kind of negligence on their part...then I would be right on their side and wondering why they are only sueing for $2.5 million and not $25M. But suing the gov't is just rediculous. They are just looking for their meal ticket now...at us..the tax payers expense. I can pretty much guarantee you that they are low income water head white trash with that kind of thinking. You don't find upper middle class people doing that kind of stuff.

And how do you know that? I've worked in the legal field for over ten years and have been involved on the defense side, and plaintiff side, and have seen hundreds of middle class and upper middle class people who have brought forth lawsuits. A current client I work with is worth millions, and had their spouse die due to negligence. They were wronged, and in the society we live in, the only recourse they have is in the legal avenue.
