And how do you know that? I've worked in the legal field for over ten years and have been involved on the defense side, and plaintiff side, and have seen hundreds of middle class and upper middle class people who have brought forth lawsuits. A current client I work with is worth millions, and had their spouse die due to negligence. They were wronged, and in the society we live in, the only recourse they have is in the legal avenue.

And how many of those many lawsuits involved the nanny state not holding someone's hand and failing to protect people from their own incompetence?

I'm not saying rich people don't sue you freaking idiot. I'm saying you don't sue for your own incompetence or when it is an accident. Did you not read my example above you street walker???

These people make me sick! Is $2.5 million of taxpayer money going to bring the kid back? No. There are inherent risks in almost everything we do. There are bears and cougars everywhere in Utah mountains, especially at night. Does the State of Utah need to hold your hand while you go hunting, fishing, and camping? How about boating? Do they need to post signs telling people that there are risks of drowning while boating? I pray the gov't fights this lawsuit to the bitter end and that these crazed trial lawyers get what coming to them.

I may not agree with this lawsuit. But I don't have to stoop to this kind of talk. One's income level doesn't have anyting to do with their level of trash and you've just proven that.

Does anyone have any experience with personality profiling? I'd like to try my hand at it, say with Mr. Finehome. Yes, he is obviously a male as he uses derogatory, gutter terminology towards women. I think he was probaly married at one time, and mistreated his wife verbally and possibly even physically. So she left him, got a good lawyer, and took him for all the State would allow. She then ran away with the lawyer and they are living happily ever after on HIS hard earned money.

Also, he is narcissistic and his opinion is the only one that matters. If you dare to disagree with him, you are labeled an idiot or, even worse, a freaking idiot. His anger comes through loud and clear, and I can almost see him throwing things around the room and punching his fist at his computer monitor. Thank heavens we can't use vulgar language here or we would get more than his innuendos and words that sound like the garbage words he wants to say but knows they will be censored.

As he no longer lives in this area, perhaps he has moved out of State which means he has moved to a more dpressed housing market than we have here. I think we can determine that he is in construction of some sort and unless it is in commercial, he is probably learning to live on a greatly reduced income which could be making his life more miserable. And ours!
