Well...using the same line of logic...the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, the teachings of the Prophet and founder of the LDS Church, Joseph Smith, AND the Bible all concur with my thought process and beliefs regarding the use of homemade wine for Sacrament.

Oh geez, broken record.

Blah blah blah justifiction, blah blah blah 12 year old throwing a rebellious fit blah blah

Not only whiny justification, also Incorrect information.

Alchol certainly is against WOW, your wine have alchohol Jaye? (cue nyquil speech, no Jaye, I don't drink it)

Do not drink wine nor strong drink, Lev. 10: 9

Wine is a mocker, and strong drink is raging Prov 20:1

Wherefore, you shall partake of none except it is
made new among you (D&C 27:3–4).
The “pure wine” in Doctrine and Covenants 89:6
is understood to mean new or unfermented grape
juice,
since the Word of Wisdom declares
unequivocally against the internal use of alcohol in
any form.
This interpretation is reinforced by the fact that
. . . water was early in the history of the Church
substituted for wine, for sacramental purposes. The revelation reads:

For, behold, I say unto you, that it mattereth not
what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink when ye
partake of the sacrament, if it so be that ye do it with
an eye single to my glory—remembering unto the
Father my body which was laid down for
you, and
my blood which was shed for the remission of your
sins. [D&C 27:2]. (Widtsoe, Word of Wisdom,
pp. 60–61.)

Why quote the Bible? You don't seem to believe in it anyway. It might be wrong!!

Read the bolded VERY CAREFULLY. It matters not what is used!! Doesn't say 'no wine' in there. You just justified Jaye's use of wine, didn't you?

Not all of the Bible is inaccurate Kitkat, I've said this many times, you obviously pick out the things you want to nag about, ignoring other things I've said.

Since you have avoided my question three times when I asked if you know what the church teaches about the Bible, the BofM also, I assume you have no clue, pretty sad, but then rip others for repeating church doctrine you don't understand.

You must look to our current scripture and the Prophets at times, but certainly the scriptures I quoted from the Bible are in line with what we are taught today. The plain and precious parts are still not their however. Do you know what this means? Doubt it.

Oh dubby! The part I bolded is from the D&C NOT THE BIBLE!

You can ask me anything you want fifty times. I won't tell you my bliefs. BUT, I will tell you this, I do not hold the Bible in disgust as you do.
Ah, I see. I'll remind you of this comment next time you butt in somewhere with some smarty comment. You have done it, you'll do it again.

I'm know it's hard to comprehend for you Kitkat, but there's a difference between your beliefs, and church doctrine.

I'm not asking for your beliefs, I'm asking for your understanding of the churches, the Book of Mormons view of the Bible, You don't know, and continue to claim I'm wrong when you don't understand doctrine. You are as my Mom, you just believe, there's no need to understand the Gospel. Which is fine, I guess, but don't rip people for understanding things you don't.

And for the record, you keep repeating something I never said, I never said the Bible was disgusting, I said the mistakes in the Bible, over 155,000, is disgusting, which is true. Look at the mass confustion the Bible has created. Read what the Book of Mormon says on the subject kitkat, learn the Gospel .

But just as those who keep repeating inaccuratly what I said about my wife, this is what you do also, it's what you do best.

You are as my Mom, you just believe, there's no need to understand the Gospel. Which is fine, I guess, but don't rip people for understanding things you don't. "quote from Good old wonderful Dubbss"

DUBZZZZZZZZZZZZ:

Honor thy Father and Mother......... You just insinuated your Mother to be an "idiot" who just goes around believing.. I am SURE YOU make her Proud.

BTW: You said it none else..........
You DO NOT NEED to rip or tear others beliefs to bandage yours......

Listen "blondie", first off, dye your hair and grow a brain.

Second off, There are those in the church that don't feel the need to study and learn exept the Ensign and conference, they feel their testimony is based on the Prophet and his words and of Christ.

Ask my Mom or some like her (kitkat) about the Kinderhook Plates or the DNA controversy or changes made to scripture or the Book of Mormon archelogy questions, she doens't really care, she knows the gospel is true and doens't sweat things she feels don't matter. She has a strong testimony, and lives the Gospel. Which is fine for some, it's not me, but not ripping them, just stating a fact, I'm sure some here know people that do as I speak. It's neither good nor bad, it just is them.

I'm not saying she's an idiot you bumbling fool, I'm saying there are people like her who just follow the Prophet and don't really want to study all the things out there that one could study, many we go over here, it doesn't interest her.

Comparing Kitkat to my mom in this ONE area is neither good nor bad, it's just the way some are. And Kitkat is far from the women my Mom is in any other way, My mom is caring and loving and would never be sitting on a computer calling names and nagging people day to day as some of the women do here. She has WAAY to much class for that.

You seem to think that only your opinion carries any weight. Using green tea capsules is MY business. Not yours. See what happens when I share one little thing with you? You carry on about it. I didn't ask for your opinion. I certainly don't want it. Just grow up, dubs.

Well she raised a BUMBLING FOOL, herself. BTW I did not call her anything, YOU DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!......... I did not call you names, BUT I WILL NOW.....

You are the BIGGEST TWIT on this forum. I have a brain and I can spell correctly(6 words misspelled) and type fast at the same time. I do not have to call people names to get my point across , EXCEPT YOU, apparently DO.................... YOU have to resort to the tactics in your response.

Not all the GOOD LDS members have to badger other religions to justify their own beliefs like you do. You have called her a "Sheep of the LDS CHURCH", whether you want to admit it or not.........

YOU DO NOT KNOW KitKat, so QUIT BEING YOURSELF (AN azz). Your mother raised someone who surpasses anyone on this forum for time and responses. You are the ONE WHO ALWAYS HAS TO BE RIGHT....... YOU INSULTED YOUR mother AND NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO WEASEL out of it.......

Sticks and Stones......

My hair color has nothing to do with you being an AZZ........

Ummmmm, how does this relate to your previous statements regarding medicine containing alcohol? Didn't you say something to the effect that it's okay with Church leaders and not against the WOW if you do take those medicines? How, exactly, can you consider this to be even close to breaking the WOW when the WOW statement says "Hot drink is not for the belly," correct? The "hot drink" part doesn't even come into play if you're taking a pill.

I posted current interpretation earlier. Covers that.

Instead of expecting me to read through 24 hours of your criticism and condemnation of everyone that doesn't believe the way you do, could you give me a post number or paraphrase what the justification is?

Proud to be a wicked witch and uppity wench.

Words for Dubbs from an apostle: "More regrettable than the [LDS] Church being accused of not being Christian is when church members react to such accusations in an un-Christlike way," Apostle Robert D. Hales said on the second day of the two-day conference. "Surely our Heavenly Father is saddened - and the devil laughs - when we contentiously debate doctrinal differences with our Christian neighbors."
