Your "hidden Treasures of knowledge" have nothing to do with priesthood, a pagan Heavenly Mother, Baptism for the dead, Temples, etc., because there has never been any real evidence, much less convincing evidence.

Most of the LDS Mormons I have known are trying to be Christian. If you wish to a pagan, however, go for it.

I grew up in Southern California in the OC, knew and know a lot of Mormons there, and none, not one, is as whacked out as you.

By the way, I have a colleague I work with at times and she was frustrated the other day with a Born again bible thumper who out of the blue asked her if she was "saved" She said I believe in God, just not in the Bible, the Bible thumper then went on to tell her she's burning in hell and needs to accept Jeezzzus as her personal savior or burn in hell. She politly told her that is rude and hung up the phone, only to call me and it made us have a good talk about our beliefs, she said it made alot of sense. She just get's tired as do I of these saved by gracers, born again bible tnumpers telling everyone their burning in hell. It's a common theme here where I live. They give Christianity a bad name.

But you were talking about your "hidden treasures" for which you have little or no evidence.

And so do certain of you fundamentalists and evangelicals. Some on this forum do not believe in the fallacies of predictive prophecy assumptions, presuming the biblical authoricas predicted events that would occur in our modern, contemporary world.

Any teaching of biblical inerrancy or infallibility is a creation from the nineteenth century (as is the doctrine of the Rapture). Neither were believed by the apostles. To believe any writing produced by human hands is infallibe is idolatry and therefore heresy.
