The discussion of prophets and prophecy is quite interesting and somewhat subversive. When folks delve into what makesa prophet a prophet and what makes a prophecy a prophecy, the delve into areas where most religious leaders would not more introspection from the flock.
It does set upset the questionable mindset of a George Albert Smith or a E. T. Benson that a prophet is a prophet in all areas of a flock's life, not just the religious, that when the prophet's decision is made, the thinking in the church stops.
Please, please keep examining your prophets and their works. It's all to the good.
