Through out my life I have had many Christians ask me about my beliefs because of something their preacher said in church, bashing us, they wanted the truth from the horses mouth, and got it.
On my mission we attended many Christian faiths services, where we got an ear full from bible thumping nut jobs who would scream and yell at us and say were burning in hell in front of the whole congregation.
Wren has mentioned a "mormon men miltia" in his church to combat those evil mormons, so I'm sure they talk about it quite often. The deeper into the south you go, into the Bible belt, the worse it gets, course you've never been out of Utah have you Blogan? 
BLogan was talking about credible, verifiable and documented evidence...not hearsay or your personal anecdotes.
Wren's telling commments about are proof, as were Thomask's mentioning of Uncle Bucks website he posted from a evangalist church that called us a cult among other things.

What BLogan was talking about...was credible, verifiable and documented evidence of Christian ministers bashing the LDS faith...not personal anecdotes.

There is plenty of this "bashing" to go around. There was a post on here just a couple of days ago from an evangelical site that talked about the LDS beliefs as ludicrous etc. So yes, there's plenty to go around. But I do admit, evangelicals are equal opportunity bashers. They dislike everyone. But whats the point? You and dubbs are quite alike in that respect. I don't find much useful in either one of your "discussions".
I would welcome discussing beliefs but it always seems to go downhill here. Your idea of salvation is different than mine, so what. The only way we're going to find out who is right is to kick the bucket. You're welcome to go first and report back.

And expect that you have to produce it. And then expect it to be examined minutely and carefully. It should be, if it is what you claim, and it should stand up to examination, should it not?
