As for leaving this alone...I'd love to leave this alone. I'd love to move on with my life. Unfortunately the Church has such a hold on my wife and children I can't get away from it. Several hours on Sunday...Monday through Friday seminary...meetings for the young men and women...and all the additional activities...at every meal. It never ends.
You are right about one thing though...it is time for me to move on. I don't have much of a place in my own family anymore and I'm tired of being angry with all this.
I just didn't see the train coming.BOO HOO HOO ........ You did not see the train coming because you are the "Train" coming into a deep tunnel and a wreck. You are the one who has made it PERFECTLY clear, IT is either your way or NO WAY........YOU have made yourself the LONELY ONE in the household. Quite FRANKLY, You are the disagreeable one. This last post is all telling and I am sure your family will survive, THEY sound STRONG. You, on the other hand sound miserable, nasty and more important self serving. If I were your wife, I would make very sure you seen the TRAIN and the smoke from it COMING.....from my rear view mirror.....

I just didn't see the train coming.
Monday through Friday seminary is from 6 AM to 7am and typically students car pool, so how does this affect YOU? How does there meetings affect YOU? Sounds like most of your kids are older, they have their own lives in the church, this doesn't affect you one bit. Your really are grasping and silly things now to complain about things that don't really affect you at all, you can sleep in while their learning the gospel, stop whining and just get your sleep.
Here's some tough love words for you bro. I've heard both sides of the story now, know a little about what you have been like since deicing to leave the church, is it worth it? You are bitter, angry, not fun to be around, and are annoying the crap out of all of your wife and children to the point that you are almost impossible to live with. Is it worth it? Get the light of Christ and the Holy Ghost back in your life before it's too late, Your going down a path that will only lead to misery, do something about it.
Dubbs, let's use your own words. You are bitter, angry, not fun to be around, and are annoying the crap out of all of the forum members to the point that you are almost impossible to be around. Is it worth it?
Follow you own advice: Get the light of Christ and the Holy Ghost into your life before it's too late. Since you cannot separate your internal life here from your life "there", now is the time to stop and correct it.
As I've said many times, in real life I am not like I am here, I have a wife and three wonderful kids who love me, and can't stand for me to be away.
If Liferocks doesn't get his spiritual act together, he will all that is precious to him. IMO. He doesn't know what miserable is yet, he will if he doesn't turn his life around and get back to the Gospel.
No Dubbs don't change keep being the way you are now you help the anti LDS cause more the you are now then anything they can do or say, So stay the way you are... you make the anti's job easyer Dubbs thanks...wow.

My ignore list... The The The The Betz, Kitcat, and the blonde. They have nothing of substance to say anyway, but just like to add smarmy comments to the conversations, so why bother with the the constant smariness?
Wren would like to think he's ignoring me, but he can't, won't and will not.

Like Jaye said, I too think LR is having a pity party. He's even complaining about his kids taking Seminary! That's their choice, and it should, in no way, affect him. I suppose he would rather have his kids doing drugs and such. Sheesh! As you said, it probably has to be his way, or no way. Compromise is a word he's probably not familiar with.
