You wish to live with them? Figure of speech Kent...not meant literally. Example...'We all live together within our societies, or within our cultures, or within our faith'.

Funny thing is, I follow what you are saying."
I like using parables or similes in my attempts to clarify points. I do try to make them as easy to follow as possible.
Jesus used parables a lot. And I know by saying this I'm opening up an opportunity for old Kent to jump on me and either accuse me of being arrogant in presuming to compare myself to Jesus Christ...or he'll say that I'm just not any darned good with parables.
Christ did it for a reason, and was good at it, some should just be clear and concise, (short, not long winded) it's a good lesson for you to learn.
I see you didn't dissappoint.
Did I call it? Or did I call it?

I know people can pretend to be somethning different on the internet. That is why I have taken the time to get to know several posters better away from this forum. And they are just what they claim to be.
Know you claim you know some outside the site? Riigggghht. After saying many times you had never met anyone here. Hey, Goofy, where did I say "MEET"? I didn't!!!! I said "got to know". That doesn't have to be done face to face. I have gotten to know a couple of posters better AWAY FROM THE FORUM. That does not mean I met them in person. Your reading comprehension STINKS!That's right KitKat...on ALL counts. When I was a young boy, it was common to cultivate pen-pals. As a matter of fact, one of my teachers in elementary school started us out with our first pen-pals. We had the opportunity to correspond with other boys and girls throughout the United States, and even other lands, faiths, and cultures. I made a number of fast friends, not only in the States, but in several countries. And a few of us still correspond via letters and email. One of my colleagues lives in Canada. I've never met him face to face...but I've conversed with him on the phone, and via email. I consider him to be one of the finest friends I've ever made.

They felt disappointed with Church cultures and Church policies. They are retired from the callings now. The Church loses the help of 2 effective and kind-hearted brothers. Pretty sad!
How long did these 2 Brothers each serve as Bishop?
My bishop on and off have been bishop for 30 years (also in stake presidency, high counselor, patriarch in the stake). He was my first bishop in the 1970s, and my last bishop (before he got fired).
The other bishop with his wife with cancer is a long-time friend of my wife. He was about my age. Probably have served in the bishopric for 10 years. My wife guessed this bishop got phone harassment very often, probably because he was very excellent and gained the hearts of the Ward members. The successor bishop is not as good as he, because we know the successor is money/glory-minded person (not social-minded, not care about others). The successor felt uncomfortable, and thus triggered the many phone harassment. With my family's encouragement, the released bishop moved his family to my Ward (my Ward was an asylum. ). He wanted to escape from harassment. 3 years after moving away, he still got harassment. This time, it was a full-time missionary of his last Ward. (It was, for me, something like a triad society. The wife kidded to me: do not discriminate the triad society, because the triad society might be a bit better in terms of boundary.)
Regarding this episode, the released bishop complained to the Mission President, and the Mission President delayed to handle it. Mission President played games, and he was not genuine at all. Then complained to the Area President, and the Area President sent a Church lawyeer to threat the released bishop. Area President played games, and he was not genuine at all. My friend complaint to the Police/Government Department. That was less than a year ago. You know at this second, I was reminded of D&C 121 again.
You seem to have more drama in your life than Britney Spears, but have it with Church authorities, I haven't even spoken with a area presient in 10 years, makes me wonder what your doing to have to speak to them, somthing fishy here lucy!!!You have also recently mentioned not really having spoken much with your Stake President either. What's the problem Kent? You as pissy with your area leaders as you are here on the forum? I, on the other hand, have my Bishop and Stake President and a number of High Councilors over for BBQs all the time. We also go out to the shooting range together at least once a month...and sometimes more. I also have maintained close personal relationships with many other men in positions of leadership and administration within the Church, as I have done quite a lot of work for the Church. As far as BBBB is concerned...he has explained that HE initialized contact due to personal concerns. As a member of the Church, he has every right to do so. As a man who is a professional marital counselor, and offers service pro bono at behest of the Bishop and Stake President...he is well within his rights to contact the Church and voice his concerns.

Consider the above in light of Ecclesiates 8
14 There is something else meaningless that occurs on earth: righteous men who get what the wicked deserve, and wicked men who get what the righteous deserve. This too, I say, is meaningless.
15 So I commend the enjoyment of life, because nothing is better for a man under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany him in his work all the days of the life God has given him under the sun.

Ecclesiates Chapter 7
15 In this meaningless life of mine I have seen both of these: a righteous man perishing in his righteousness, and a wicked man living long in his wickedness.
16 Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise- why destroy yourself?
17 Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool- why die before your time?
18 It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. The man who fears God will avoid all extremes.
----- quotes from NIV. Bolded parts by me.We are that we may have joy. Depends what joy is to you. Ballett brings me no joy, but a good action adventure flick does the trick.

Always works for me and mine.
Well of course it does, works for perverts and freaks of all kinds.
Makes me wonder when you started that? I would guess while still active in the church, was this the sin you couldn't stop that made you decide to just leave and think the guilt would disipate? Didn't work did it?It's none of your business Percy. What's wrong jealous that me and, my wife have a healthy sexual relationship?
