Those people even suggesting this gas tax hike; along with any congressman who would actually do something stupid like pass this measure should be tarred and feathered, and run out of this country. Our elected officials have been out of touch with reality, and their constituents for decades. Everything they propose these days does not do much good for this cou try, it us only making things worse. Having said that, The people who were stupid enough to keep re-elcting these same people have a great deal of blame to be laid at their feet as well. If we could stop electing these jerk-offs, and start electing officials that could actually be held accountable to us for their actions, we wouldn't be in this mess.
