Read the BofM, D&C, Pearl of Great price, and listen to the Prophets to find out.

Go ahead Percy, your the "expert".

Prove your point and, show us the parts that have been removed. Don't post your opinion but, show us the historical facts and documentation.

Step up or shut up Percy AKA Bishop Kent AKA TBM AKA Dumbya AKA Dubs AKA Dubbs etc etc etc.......

Here's a partial list of the top of my head, course if you were sincere about finding truth, you would read it for yourself, since I know your not sincere about finding truth, I know you won't.

Temples
Priesthood restoration
Need for authority
Baptism for the dead
Godhead is not a trinity
Nature of God
Where we came from
Why were here
Where we are going after this life
Where Christ went during his three days of his body in the tomb
Need for Prophets
Christ set up a church while on earth
Need for baptism
Need for works and faith
Why Christ was baptised
The atonement and what it is
The sacrament and it's importance
Children don't need baptism before 8

Could go on, but that's a good start.

The BoM is equal only in your mind, Dubbs. You are not going to find any church publication that says otherwise.

If it is the keystone to our religion, I'd say it's pretty equal.

Even the Book of Mormon itself says it "shall grow together, unto the confounding of false doctrines and laying down of contentions, and establishing peace" (2 Nephi 3:12)

Pretty equal in my mind if it clears up contentions the Bible has caused.

But it's NOT the cornerstone of our religion. Christ is!

I said Keystone dar dar. Read, comprehend.

You said cornerstone earlier, and you know it. Besides, there's not much difference between the two if any.

Betz is right. You are a totally arrogant SOB.

And I corrected it, even appolgized for making the error, guess you don't read much.

But in that post I didn't say cornerstone, now did I?

Yes, I read, and I saw it. So what? Keystone? Cornerstone? Technically, not much difference between the two.

There is a difference if you understand that the PRophets have taught that Christ is the Cornerstone, and the Book of Mormon is the Keystone to our religion, and study what those two words significance is. Course why would a LDS lady know this?

Do you even know that the church calls the Book of Mormon the keystone to your religion? They don't say that about the Bible now do they?

I used the example in San Diego County as another one, similar to what BY did more than a century earlier, taking from the church monies.

Your logic is faulty, because we are discussing whether the Brethen are mostly honest men, one example of what two church members did who aren't even paid is not an example of anything, no more than Jeffrey Dahmer being a "born again Christian" is proof all of christianity is nuts. Well it does hold true with you.

That does not compute.

Most of your leaders are good men . . . however, some have certainly benefitted at the trough of the church.

As has your pastor.

If you conider the percentage of church members who are not paid, and serve and teach, and work in the gospel, it kinda shows how a church should be run, and how it was supposed to be set up.

have proof of this? Besides a lieing apostate anti mormon site?

Didn't thinks so.

Read the Desert News when it points out so and so is appointed or reappointed to a Board of Directors of a corporation.

I have read such notes dozens of times over the years. Look it up and learn something.

David Haight being on a board is not anything that the church set up, he earned this right through his years in business, happens alot in High CEO corporate enviroment that executives retire. Big whoop.

The church actually told those who were still on boards to stop, shows they didn't set it up to begin with.

Whatever dubs. I know what the church teaches and I know what I believe. That's all I'll say.

But with that post of yours, you once again put the Book of Mormon higher up than the Bible. In fact you pretty much dismissed the Bible right there.

Remember what I told you. If I had not of taken an EXTRA CREDIT, AFTER SCHOOL course in the Book of Mormon, I never would have studied it in Seminary. That tells me all I need to know regardless of what you say.

When your Bible Doctrine class is studying something in the Bible, do you walk out?
