Barth pleaded no contest last year to attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old. He was originally charged with attempted rape after he climbed into a 17-year-old girl's bedroom, stripped naked and got into her bed while she slept. He also pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
I can't believe the girl's father didn't shoot the fool!That kid would have been dead had he come into our house. My girls rooms are way past the point of no return. If they were to come in the front door we have a hall way that if they proceeded past that we'd shoot them. But if someone were to climb into our girls windows he'd be dead.
