It appears that he was fired for violating the terms of his probation at the paper. He has to take full repsonsibility for his actions. The publisher needs to get over this guy and hire someone with integrity. If she rehires him then she is just showing him (and others) that his actions mean nothing and that return to work agreements are just scraps of paper. He tested positive for drugs. His career at the Sanpete Messenger is toast. No one is indispensible. Everyone can be replaced.
