If the DWR were a NASA rocket team, they couldn't hit the moon or their A--'s. They have ruined Strawberry, and now they will ruin Scofield. They can't handle Whirling disease, nor many other diseases that have crept into our water ways.
But no worries, soon we will have such a large infestation of Muscle Clams, that all our lakes and rivers will be ruined anyway.
Get used to it Utah. The good old days of great fishing in our state will soon be a thing of the past. How sad.

Cycles of good years and bad years occur at Utah fisheries. Seems we might be starting the bad years at Scofield and at Strawberry.

In time, things will become good again.
