Payday Loan Companies are repugnant.

If there are pawn shops, usury laws are still in effect. How the payday loan places get away with the interest they charge is amazing since, in general, usury laws as supposed to govern how much interest can be charged above the lawful rate. I agree . . . the companies are repugnant. They prey on people who can ill afford to be using them.
