Mike Ridgway will be appearing in court July 9th at 9:AM

I did not witness the event myself, but from the articles I've read, and the people I've talked to, Mike has a habit of telling the Utah GOP things they don't want to hear. This caused him to be wrongfully be accused of aggressive behaver toward Carrie and Mark Towner.

Because of this restraining order Mike spent five (5) days in jail for attending a GOP meeting in Salt Lake. That's what this hearing is about.

I am attaching a file on what Mikes supporters have to say about the issue, and below is an excerpt from the file.

Mikes complaint at THIS years State Convention as many of you who might have attended witnessed during the credential report and Mikes National Committeeman speech – Mike was seated in his precinct ANYWAY by unanimous vote as his precincts state delegate (and county) representative. This delegate status was stripped from him by the county and state party. His precinct preemptively set forth a motion to overrule potential arguments by the state and county to remove Mike from his positions ANYWAY and passed those motions. The State and County refused to accept the ruling of Mike’s precinct to seat him in his elected positions.

If a single elected delegate (state or county) is stripped of status without legal justification or authority, and hundreds of delegates are seated illegally via "automatic delegate appointments" then the whole system is corrupt to the core. THOSE facts should bother everyone involved.

Even if people don't agree with Mike, I believe it is important to support his freedom of speech. How does the old saying go?

No I'm not condoning violence. It is a saying. But isn't this what solders are doing when they enlist, and take an oath to protect the Constitution.

Defending the Bill Of Rights means defending Mike's right to tell the GOP things they don't want to hear.
