Joseph Smith never drank liquor. Just read the 89th section of the Doctrine and Covenants and you will see that it was against his religion.

If Joseph Smith never drank liquor...then why did he grant himself a license to manufacture, sell and distribute liquor from the Governor's mansion?

Why did he set up a bar in the parlor and employ Porter Rockwell as the bartender? (At least until Emma got sick and tired of the smoke, and the mess when the boys missed the spittoons.)

I suppose you don't believe that he drank wine...except for sacrament...as INSTRUCTED in the Word of Wisdom?

I'm not sure how you know that, or if it really matters. I didn't know it was "his" religion. I doubt if those doofuses on here are condemning themselves to a life of hell. Look at how many times the Lord's name is taken in vain, daily. Hell would be a pretty crowded place without the Atonement. Wouldn't you say so?

I doubt Leonardo's postings are to be taken seriously.

It's possible that he is just one more troll that likes to push buttons.

But it's also possible that he is only one more in a long line of individuals who have been blinded to the truth by their own faith's indoctrination.
