Ethanol is not the perfect source of energy. It is caustic to the pipeline delivery systems, so it must be trucked which is counterproductive, and it is forcing up the cost of food. Study history, more riots and revolutions have been caused by the lack of, or the high price of food than even religion. If you think high gas prices are volatile wait til all the grains triple in price.
