Go ahead Utocoman, if I'm so ignorant on the subject let's see you show me. Tell me what constitutes danger (loss of life, threat of violence, rape, etc.?) and show me that there is a greater chance of that happening in Iraq than elsewhere in the world. You should also probably establish who is at the greatest risk of "danger"...that being nationals or just anybody taking a stroll through town.
