The Number One thing Dems have going for them this fall in Bush. He thinks these stupid ass rebates are going to do the trick. Hang the Bush albatros around McCain's neck and the Dems could run a dogcatcher from Fargo and win this November.

Ha ha ha. If you don't think the $4,200 my dad will be getting won't help out our family then you are just plain wrong. The American people will remember this generous gift and they will remember who gave it to them. You ungreatful Democrats will be the ones who will be surprised this year!

Seems like the Democrats give from the today's rich and give to the poor;

The Republicans take from (at best) "your grandkids" (well, I guess it could be other's grandkids!) and give it to their living Grandparents.

But, anyway, this replicates how Bush entered office ---giving $1.6 trillion to the richest of the rich and upon leaving giving an economical stimulus package to the opposite group.

Yeah, he's glad his dad is getting $4200 to buy what, a flat screen at Best Buy, made in China?

Not only have we stolen from our grandkids to pay for Leonardo's dad's flat screen (from China) it is the damn ChiComs who are lending us this money in the first place by them buying our debt.

These Bush-backers are the thickest lot. China buys our debt, so the government can dole out money, so we can go to Best Buy to buy products made in China.

Just as I thought another FLDS member joins the posters. You are right though youngster, Bush bought the last election with he rebate checks carefully sent out close to the election times. Who says you can't buy a vote!

He's not running for election, why would he need to "buy another election". The money will be spent and forgotten about way before November. Want to wager who is going to get the Democratic nomination? My money is on Al Gore. Hillary and Obama will have made such a mess by the Democratic Convention, he will be the "savior".
