This thread discusses the Content article: Bush takes sides in Cannon's race

The Liar and Thief has endorsed his lock step buddy "no borders" Cannon. I hope it as good as the "doing a good job Browny" endorsement. Vote the idiot out of office!!!

I am surprised hasn't defended the FLDS. Those precousious teenage mothers and Uncle Warren's nephew had it coming just like the House/Senate pages!! What an idiot!!!!!!!

I'm a State Delegate and I think this is great. I've frankly been disappointed by his two challengers. Jason Chaffetz said some pretty harsh things at the meeting I went to and after doing some research I found that they were clearly exaggerations and borderline lies. I just don't trust him. And I've been extremely frustrated by the 'fluff' from David Leavitt. He won't commit on the issues and while he claims he can be more influential than Chris he comes across as a nice guy who would get eaten alive in DC. I've had an open mind throughout this election but my choice has been easy to make.

Influential? Please Cannon has been nothing but a determent to this country! He has been Bush's puppet for many years defending the war, the Republican's insane spending while letting the rich get richer off the middle class and supporting the destruction of citizn's rights to privacy.

In reading my delegate mail for the past month it seems to me Leavitt is running for Stake President not Congress. Chaffetz on the other hand is totally untested and does not even live in the district.

I think we should put up some requirements... you need to at least run for county delegate, dog catcher, city council, something before you run for Congress. Chaffetz talks the talk, but I have no confidence he will walk the walk. Come on Chris... cream 'em on Saturday!

An easy decision to make. If you're happy with how our government has been run for the last 8 years, then vote the status quo and return Cannon to office. If not, now is the time to change Congress. As Reagan once said, "are you better off now than you were 8 years ago?" Vote your wallet when you go into the voting booth.
