Plenty of room on the backend of the windmills for them.

In a recent Herald poll, respondents dubbed windmills a "visual nightmare". How about the smokestacks at now closed Geneva Steel or the refinery you can see from the freeway between Salt Lake and Bountiful? I'm all for windmills. They beat the heck out of air pollution and nuclear waste that remains toxic for thousands of years.

I admit it. I love windmills. Now when can we get Detroit to begin some mass production lines to install natural gas systems in cars? After market hookups are much to expensive. This wind farm is right in tune with the Pickens Plan. We must reduce our oil imports. In a few years electric cars will be practical the first ones will be ok, but as soon as the ultracapacitor battery and other new battery types are available we will need a lot of electricity.
