Celebrities UPDATE: Voucher foe will give up school board chairmanship SALT LAKE CITY -- The chairman of the Utah school board will give up the gavel at the end of the year. Spokesman Mark Peterson says Kim Burningham will remain on the school board through 2010. He just doesn't want to be chairman.
