Culbertsons plead guilty -- Former Eagle Mountain mayoral candidate Richard Culbertson and his wife, Kathleen, pleaded guilty last week to fraud and racketeering charges.

'Not guilty' plea given -- An Eagle Mountain man pleaded not guilty to several felony charges stemming from a prolonged standoff with the Utah County SWAT Team at his home in January. Matthew Graham, 34, entered the plea Monday morning in Provo's 4th District Court. Judge Samuel McVey scheduled a four-day trial to begin on Aug. 12.

More than 4,000 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, their leaders and members of the public showed up for the first-ever -- and perhaps last-ever --¬ Aerospace-O-Rama held at Fairfield's West Desert Airpark. The majority camped overnight.
