Charley Jenkins makes guest appearance -- This week's Arts in the Park concert will be presented by Nashville recording artist and recent Nashville Star contestant Charley Jenkins and his band, Haywire. Haywire features Lehi natives Randy Barnes and Rusty Barnes. The concert will open with the 2006 Star of the West winner, Johnny Revill. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Sunday at Wines Park, 500 N. Center St. Those who attend are invited to bring their families and a blanket or lawn chairs for seating.

Annexation signature deadline set -- Property owners within the Holbrook Annexation boundaries, 1,834 acres of property west of Lehi, have 90 days beginning Aug. 22 to participate in the negotiated annexation agreement that was approved by the City Council on Aug. 5.
