OREM MAN TO FACE TRIAL FOR ALLEGED THREATS AGAINST OFFICIALS -- An Orem man will face trial on charges that he threatened a state legislator and Lt. Gov. Gary Herbert.

A Spanish Fork man was declared competent to stand trial Wednesday on charges that he made inappropriate videotapes of children at an Orem parade.
