There were a lot of gray hairs at the public hearing Tuesday about American Fork's potential tax increase. However, most of them were on heads nodding in agreement to comments that said they did not want the property taxes to be raised.

Concert in the Park

Harold Newman will perform at Concerts in the Park Monday at 7 p.m. The concert is at the Amphitheater At Quail Cove, 851 E. 700 North, west of the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple. The public is invited to attend and may bring blankets or chairs.

A.F. searches for first Outstanding Teen Print E-mail

Fourteen teens will participate in the first Miss American Fork Outstanding Teen Pageant on Aug. 16. It will be at 1 p.m. at American Fork High School, 510 N. 600 East. It is a new addition to the Miss America program and is part of the Miss American Fork pageant the same day.
