CRIMINAL MISCHIEF -- A Provo man has been charged with three felonies and nine misdemeanors after a routine traffic stop turned up a bag of marijuana. According to police reports, Brandon Gardner was a passenger in the stopped car and dropped a bag of a leafy green substance when he was searched. Officers smelled marijuana in the bag and told Gardner he was under arrest, to which he replied, "No, I'm not."
