The above picture shows a busy Saturday afternoon at the Springville Public Library. Patrons are using the computers as well as utilizing the Wi-Fi connection. The library also recently installed self check-out machines. Instead of waiting in long lines you can check out your own materials. The system is easy to use and is operated by a touch-screen. Also, did you know that you can go online to search for materials, put them on hold and view your account? Just go to the www.springvillelibrary.org and look under the "My Account" section. You have to enter your library card number and your PIN (the last four digits of your phone number). It is a great way to renew books or to see what you have checked out. If you have any trouble using the website, just call the library at 489-2720.
