'Not guilty' plea given -- An Eagle Mountain man pleaded not guilty to several felony charges stemming from a prolonged standoff with the Utah County SWAT Team at his home in January. Matthew Graham, 34, entered the plea Monday morning in Provo's 4th District Court. Judge Samuel McVey scheduled a four-day trial to begin on Aug. 12.

Most of the time, if you offer money to a cop you will probably find yourself being arrested. However last Friday, Saratoga Springs police were encouraging people to give money and thanking them when they did so.
